Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
