Production Manager

Our client based in Brackenfell is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. .Responsible for the overall day to day management of the production facility. . Management of production staff and all other related resources in the manufacturing system. · Management of Procurement, Sheetmetal, Technical assembly, Dispatch, Receiving . Planning and scheduling of all jobs to ensure on time delivery. . Implement and maintain production processes and procedures that enhances productivity and efficiency. . Enforce regular housekeeping in the production facility. . Managing all raw materials and consumables used in the production facility. . Provide weekly feedback to senior management on the progress of each job and proactively report all issues experienced. . Implement and maintain quality system that enhances and monitor the quality of all products produced. . Assist with administrative related duties to ensure all paperwork for jobs are done. Education & Experience: ·Matric ·Relevant Tertiary Qualification ·Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position .Experience as a Production Coordinator or similar position. ·Experience in the Manufacturing and or Engineering sector. . Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) ·Computer Literate ·Driver’s license COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: ·Attention to detail. ·Good interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written. ·Problem-solving skills. .
