CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC bending machines to produce accurately formed metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications

Monitor machine operation to ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper forming of parts

Perform routine maintenance on CNC bending machines to ensure proper functioning

Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machines

Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of parts

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience operating CNC bending machines, 2years+

Strong technical skills and ability to read engineering drawings and specifications

Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and materials

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Good communication and teamwork skills

Prepared to work overtime and shifts
