Responsibilities

Always maintain positive customer relations.
·
Assist guests with travel or destination issues
by applying knowledge of the local area.
·
Treat all guests and colleagues in a polite,
courteous, and respectful manner always.
·
Ensure the safety of guests while traveling.
·
Ensure the security of guest belongings while
traveling.
·
Provide a safe and reliable shuttle service to
guests from point to point.
·
Assist guests with their luggage as needed.
·
Obey all traffic and driving regulations, such
as speed limits, at all times.
·
Keep the vehicle spotless in both exterior and
interior appearance.
·
Welcome guests with a placard at the airport.
·
Maintain good cooperation and coordination with
the assigned supervisor or manager.
·
Report all incidents to superiors.
·
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties related
to transportation, such as sales calls and general inquiries.
·
Ensure effective handover from the previous
shift and sign the logbook or register provided.
·
Perform any other duties as assigned by
management.
Prerequisites

Excellent driving skills.
·
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving
record.
·
Valid Professional Driving Permit (PdP).

Matric certificate and a post matric qualification

Experience

Operator, Hotel, or Shuttle service is required.
