Job Opportunity: Truck Fleet Supervisor
Location: Middelburg, South Africa

We are seeking a Truck Fleet Supervisor to oversee our drivers and ensure the efficient maintenance and servicing of our coal transport fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage truck drivers
• Oversee regular maintenance and servicing of trucks
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Coordinate repairs and minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fleet management or logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of truck maintenance and safety regulations
• Must be based in Middelburg or Witbank (and surrounding areas)

Total Cost to Company will range from: R8 000 - R15 000 depending on experience.
