Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum 3-5years experience in the logistics / brokering fieldMust have knowledge of calculating basic CPK calculations . All new stock and contract tonnages must be updated onto daily/weekly stock sheets. Ensure that all broker related queries are handled in a timeously and accurate manner. Ensuring that all brokered loads are booked daily and executed accurately with daily updates to management . Accurate and professional updates to clients and transporters. Returning and handling of all client and transport related queries and feedback to all parties in a timely and professional manner. Answering of calls during working and after hours and responding to such calls once missed in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring all queries are resolved within a two-day time frame from date of receipt from admin personnel. New business development New transporter recruitment Continuous weekly business schedule trips to clients and transporters Maintenance of all current client/transporter relationshipsEnsuring all new and old applications are submitted with correct FICA documentation as per company policy.Ensuring that all limits are adhered to and that approved limits are not exceeded per company policy.
