Pass Co-Ordinator

Position: Kitchen Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years

This position is responsible for managing the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that food is delivered promptly and presented according to the establishment’s standards. Here’s a general job description based on the information available:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the pass area for service, including all necessary mise-en-place.

Coordinate the delivery of food from the kitchen to the guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain high standards of service and presentation as expected by guests.

Work closely with the kitchen staff to manage the timing of dish preparation and delivery.

Communicate effectively with wait staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Salary Range: Competitive CTC
