The Xanadu Holiday Complex is right at the main beach access and near restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The Xanadu Holiday Complex offers 18 semi detached units.
Enjoy family time around the 2 pools, one being a child safe paddle pool. You can also play table tennis, enjoy the pool table, have a sauna. This entertainment area is behind child safe gates. Or you can watch the children play on the jungle gym.
The chalet offers an open plan living area with TV and sofas which can sleep 2 children.

On the ground floor is the newly built master bedroom opening through sliding doors to the patio with stunning lagoon and sea views. The master bedroom has a table and chair, large wardrobe and double bed which is super comfy!
A second double bedroom and en suite toilet and hand basin is upstairs on the mezzanine level.
The covered patio offers outstanding sea views and has a built in braai for traditional South African entertaining or just to fire gaze if that is your pleasure.
This chalet is a hop and skip away from the swimming pool with childe safe gate
The chalet has a large grassy area directly in front of it which is a great play area for your children.
There are garages which can be rented for the duration of your stay.
The timeshare complext is very Well run and maintained.
Maximum of 6 people per unit including babies. No pets allowed. Units are serviced daily. Bedding and bath towels included. There is a safe for your valubles.
The annual levy of around R3000 is paid only once a year around February or March of each year.
