Im renting out my 3 bedroom house. The if fully furnished has bathroom; kitchen and a lounge.Electricity is prepaid and water is free. Our preference is on single male or matured male as you will be sharing with a male as well. The lock up garage is available and the house is fully fenced with blocks and tiled neatly and recently renovated and painted in grey and red inside your room. The vegetable garden with green peppers; chillies; butternut, beetroot and tomato is available for your consumption. The pictures can be requested.
