The cottage has one big room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has cupboards, a fridge and a gas stove. The bathroom has a toilet, a hand basin and a instahot shower. A single person is preferred as it has one room 6m x 4m. There is a bed, a wardrobe and 2 couches in the room and a TV cabinet with TV. The cottage can be taken partially furnished or unfurnished, depending on what your needs are.

There are 2 big dogs and 3 cats on the property so a person would need to be friendly towards animals.

A deposit and one month rental is required. The person will be vetted by an outside company and will therefore need all documentation for application.
