We regret no couples, children or pets are allowed. No work from home option available, because this unit is not set up for an office. Facilities are only for the use of our tenants and no sleepovers are allowed. Water, electricity and laundry facilities are included, but needs to be used sparingly. No parking are available on our property. No TV, Wi-Fi or DSTV included. A deposit of 1 months rent is required and can be paid off over 3 months.
