Senior Sous Chef Wanted. City Center. CAPE TOWN. Our small but rapidly expanding group has a current vacancy for a Senior Sous Chef whose individual talents and experience will contribute to our expansion program. The role requires the ability to manage the overall kitchen operations with a high level of planning and kitchen management including the training and hiring of kitchen crew members. Must be punctual, of neat, tidy and professional in appearance and be of sober habits. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar 4* / 5* HOTEL position (preferably EUROPEAN / USA) . It is important that the candidate has the necessary culinary RECOGNISED qualifications including pastry / baking experience and worked with HACCP disciplines. The Candidate must live local to Cape Town City Bowl and be able to work shifts lunch service & dinner service, weekends and public holidays. Excellent renumeration and bonus program.
