You will have a care-free holiday, in this secure little estate, with parking for one car in front of the unit and another across from the unit on the other side of the driveway. Facilities include a covered and enclosed patio to ensure that you can enjoy the view even on rainy, windy days or enjoy a late-night glass of wine or hot chocolate protected from ocean breezes. The enclosed patio leads into an open-plan kitchen and living area with appliances, cutlery, crockery and cookware you can use to cook up a storm if you so wish to. The living area has comfy couches, board games and old fashioned DVD's to relax in after adventurous days canooing on the Botriver, a stone throw away or exploring the Blue Flag Beach which is also known to be a favourite spot for Kleinmond's Wild Horses. You can also choose to bring your own wifi device and TVBox with to enjoy late night movies. The two bedrooms can sleep 4 guests. Bed linen and bathing towels are provided. For those cold nights during winter time, you can sneak into a comfy warm bed when you switch on the electrical blankets provided.
The price is quoted for the whole unit per night booked and not per person. (A non-refundable 50% deposit of the booking fee is required upon signing the holiday rental contract)
A refundable security deposit of R650 + a compulsory cleaning fee of R350 (once per stay at the end of the stay) is required to be paid with every booking.
