Description
The junior CID manager/supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations in the CID/BID where he is appointed.
The CID manager/supervisor has to ensure the organisational and financial effectiveness and efficiency and the implementation of the relevant CID/BID business plan as stipulated by the Board, represented by the CEO.
The CID manager/supervisor will plan, direct, and manage the performance of all internal operations and liaise with all external stakeholders so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the overall strategy and key performance indicators.
This junior manager must be innovative, articulate, well organised, and comfortable in a hands-on environment.
The main responsibility will be to enhance the urban landscape to make the CID/BID conducive for investments. The following is non-negotiable in terms of the said post.
The CID manager/supervisor must be a team player with good time management skills and work in a pressurised environment.
