Our research has shown that very few other communes in the area can compete with us on price; as our rentals are ridiculously affordable for quality accommodation. The demand is primarily driven by the fact that the rooms are predominantly single rooms; ranging from R2850 upwards. Rentals include a semi furnished room (bed, desk, cupboard); transportation, wifi and utilities. Kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned daily.
