We seek a competent and experienced architecture to join our team at R&C Consultant pty Ltd.

- You should be able to create design models and provide briefs to clients. Besides you should be able to make alterations to the design based on client feedback.

- You should be able to use computer aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plan, blueprints, and models. They also conduct site visits to ensure that the design is feasible and complies with building codes and regulations.

- This is a creative position that requires strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers and contractors.

- Architectures design structures such as houses, apartment complexes, shopping centers, offices buildings, factories and other structures.

Your Tasks

- Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.

- Give premilinary estimates on costs and construction time.

- Prepare structure specifications.

- Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents.

- Prepare scaled drawings either with computer software or by hand.
