Job Title: Bilingual Support Agent (Zulu & English)

We are looking for a fluent Zulu and English-speaking support agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Zulu and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in both Zulu and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable using support software and CRM tools.
