We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to oversee a specific section of our kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items to order

- Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality

- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff

- Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations

- Train and develop junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent

- Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety

- Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
