I have an original Porsche Cayenne spacer saver spare wheel with tyre, it is an 18" 6.5J ET 53 rim with a Vredestien emergency tyre size 195 / 25 / 18 that can be used on 955 Cayenne 2003 - 2006 & 957 Cayenne 2007 - 2010 versions. In excellent condition doesn't look like it has ever been used.
