This is a great local business we have built up over the past 22 years using the same Cell number: 072 4247778. Our four man team are busy everyday and turnover is up compared to previous years and this will improve as the interest rate drops. The business can easily be operated by most people including an active retired person or couple who want to get out and about. Paying a manager driver is not necessary do it yourself, keep control and keep the money we do. Simples. Our four employees can clean twelve small houses per day on the same estate with a R890 minimum charge. We also clean many big houses, consulates, offices, show houses, b&b’s, and car showrooms etc. The business includes a 2019 Ford Ranger 2.2L diesel auto, which I bought new for cash so the business owes nothing. It has done 67,000kms and has just had a major main dealer service and goes out of plan in Sept 2024. It has only been driven by Marlene and the interior covered from new. There is a colour coded canopy with a custom roof rack with a roller for fast loading. It includes 6 x 6mt, and 3 x 9mt aluminium ladders plus 2 step ladders. We have many loyal local customers who have been with us for many years, and 80% of them live on security estates along the Westcoast from Woodbridge Island to Melkbostrand. We also cover Paarden Eiland to Century City to Durbanville to Panorama and the other 20% are local commercial properties. We try and stay local but there is a lot of work in these other surrounding areas if you want to look for it. * Ladders only no rope access* Our cleaners are picked up at 7.30am sharp on Blouberg road and we operate within a 15 km radius which keeps traveling time and diesel costs down. On one day we clean Atlantic Beach golf estate, then on the next day Sunset Beach ……. *Solar Panel Cleaning Service* We also offer our customers a solar panel cleaning service if the panels are easily accessible. There is a huge opportunity here to expand the business with just a small investment because you will already have a team who are used to working on high ladders. We have never chased work and our customers find us by word of mouth, advertising on the bakkie, our website or on verified Google Search and Maps etc. Wages are R220 + - per day, and one tank of diesel per month all other overheads are also low because we work from home.
