Our company based in Meadowdale is looking for a maintenance manager to manage, grow and oversee our property maintenance division throughout the Gauteng region. This individual must be highly motivated with a very strong traceable background in the property maintenance Industry. This individual will have to create sales by doing site visits, identifying property maintenance issues, and then compiling reports, costings, and proposals with estimates to present to the client. Brief overview of expected duties:
· Site visits & identifying property maintenance issues.
· Drafting of detailed reports on findings on site.
· Drafting of costings on projects (BOQ), calculating labour and all associated costs pertaining to project.
· Allocating project to correct teams to execute the project.
· Daily site visits to ensure Maintenance teams are delivering quality work on each project.
· Snag list (Punch List) compiling on projects.
· Attending Tender invites (Government & Corporate)

Minimum Requirements:
· Property Maintenance (Handyman minimum) or equivalent qualifications.
