Description:
Our company based in JHB is looking for a FlexiCare Mobile Estate manager with the relevant experience in the sectional title field as well as the HOA & trustee field. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations in running no less than 10 Residential estates remotely and industrial office parks.
A professional person, well presented and able to effectively deal with CRM and new business development and Key accounts will be preferential.
Brief overview of expected duties:

Day to Day management of site operations.

Manage tenant move in & move out.
•
Managing compliance of buildings (Fire, Insurance, Gas, Safety)
•
Detailed Graph & Excell reporting on a weekly basis.
•
Inspecting projects and cleanliness of sites.
•
General administration duties.
•
Managing projects undertaken on sites.

Preventative maintenance planning & reporting
•
Managing SLA KPI’s.
•
Water, Electricity meter readings.
•
Managing Tenants, enforcing rules.
•
Dealing with 24hr emergencies on site (Restaurants)

Dealing with Trustee requests & partaking in meetings.

Meeting with clients on request, during & after business hours.
•
Staff management.
Minimum Requirements:
•
Diploma or similar qualifications.
•
Advanced Microsoft package Excel Word Email PowerPoint. (Will be tested)
•
At least 5 years + in a similar position taking care of estates & complexes.
•
Own reliable transport required.

Our client, Rietvlei, located between Laingsburg and Ladysmith is looking for a dynamic, reliable and experienced Production Manager for their farming operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 43 hectares of deciduous fruit, primarily stone fruit, as well as overseeing a livestock enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full production management of 43 ha of deciduous fruit (predominantly stone fruit)
- On-farm drying facility for own production and fresh produce supplied by neighbouring farms (seasonal handling of volumes more than 1000 fresh tonnes)
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of all orchard activities and production processes
- Staff supervision and labour planning
- Irrigation and fertilization management
- Quality control and harvest planning
- Handle and utilize the administration related to production to promote efficiency
- Oversight and management of livestock operations (± 50 ewes)
- Compliance with health, safety, and agricultural regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in deciduous fruit production
- Relevant qualification (diploma / degree in horticulture, soil science, etc.)
- Proven experience in people management
- Administrative skills with good computer literacy
- Extensive knowledge of modern farming practices which should include orchard establishment, pruning, tree manipulation, irrigation etc.
- A code 10-14 / C1-EC licence with PDP would be an advantage
