Job Requirements
- Analyse potential sales and close deals
- Track daily/weekly and monthly stats
- Manage sales agents daily progress
- Coach/counsel and motivate team
- Have fresh and innovate ideas to ensure targets are met
- Ensure quality sales are received
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Debt Review Experience: Prior exposure to a debt review environment as well as experience with Idocs
- Must have Microsoft Excel/Outlook & Word Experience
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Call Centre Management
Necessary Skills & Attributes
- Target driven (related to new business)
- Ability to build and nurture business relationships with corporate partners and clients.
- Management and supervisory skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30

Obtaining reliable and sufficient evidence for all audit procedures.
Completing regular rating assessments, as outlined by SAICA
Compilation of Financial Statements
This role will align with SAICA's training policies, candidates must be focused
and determined on becoming a Chartered Accountant.
Balancing work and studies is a must as it is required by SAICA to progress in
both.
