Description
The successful candidate will be required to support the Corporate and Activations Managers, Area and Branch Managers with planning, implementing, managing and measuring predetermined relationship building and employee
engagement activities. They will also provide support to the relationship and activations manager, Plan, co-ordination and implementation of effective activations, financial wellness days and on-site representation; in alignment and/or conjunction with the BMC team and other key stakeholders to promote company's offerings and products.

The successful candidate will also provide support to the Corporate relationship and Area managers to ensure corporate activations are planned and executed in line with the corporate engagement plan and strategy and brand standards. Co-ordinate the deployment of marketing merchandise and other collateral to ensure proper corporate onsite activation presence and engagement. Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders that
support and enable the delivery of the role requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric and / or NQF Level 4
  • 2 years experience in relationship management or key account management role
  • 4 years financial services industry experience
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and to travel
Desirable Experience:
  • 2 years experience or exposure in the sales environment in a managerial/supervisory role
  • 1-year experience as a Financial Wellness Consultant/Coach.
  • Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
  • Debt Rehabilitation and Debt Counselling/consultation experience/knowledge.
  • Experience in organising and scheduling of training and coaching activities.
  • Event planning and marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of how to manage and establish corporate relations.
  • Passion and desire to assist people in financial distress.
