1. Must have a valid Certification
2. Valid Reference's
3. Good Document Control - Daily Inspection reports, Data Packs
4. Good Communication Skills
5. Be able to work in a High Stress Environment
6. Must be able to enforce the Quality of the Work being undertaken
7. Be a Team Player
