Rental property

I am looking for a housemate to share a two bedroom apartment with me, preferably female. The rental price of R3900 is exclusive of water and electricity. Water and electricity is paid separately and is based on usage. The complex is located in Highveld. The complex name is La Boheme Perks of the accommodation:1) You will have your own bathroom. 2) Our complex does not experience load shedding. You will forget that load shedding exists until you leave the complex to visit other people or hear people talking about it 3) The complex has a swimming pool4) The apartment is located on the ground floor. This makes moving extremely easy and you don't have to worry about climbing up stairs after a long day.5) The complex is relatively quiet and peaceful6) The neighborhood is relatively safe7) We have a modern stove in the apartment that cooks food relatively fast.
