What will you do on a day-to-day
basis?
- Scan slide decks and training
manuals
- Write scripts for training
content
- Conceptualise how the script is
going to be brought to life using video, animation, pictures or just text.
- Draft knowledge assessment
questions to check whether the learner understood the content
- Quality-check multimedia content
against the structure that was createdIn a nutshell, you will be
contributing to creating engaging multimedia online training content that will
improve the skill set and eventually the lives of people.What do you need in order to secure
this role?
- At least, you need matric with
excellent writing skills
- You need to be a fast learner
- A passion for multimedia content
(video, animation, and so on)
- Reliable internet
- Own laptop with a web camera, a
smile would be a plus
- Ability to work throughout
loadshedding waves
- A lot of discipline (working from
home requires dealing with distractions...)
- Hard-work must be your middle
name (not quite but, you get the point)
- Fun to work (preferable but not
