To uphold the integrity and promote the image of the company by managing day-to-day operations of the Boutique. To work closely with the staff members, Retail Manager, personnel and appropriate corporate contacts resulting in the aggressive growth and development of the Brand.
Store Operations:
Management of the daily operations of Boutique
Uphold the values of exemplary customer service through modelling of behavior and establishing appropriate guidelines.
Monitor sales on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer service.
Timely ordering of merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss prevention.
Daily reconciling of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, and other store administration.
Develop and grow Corporate Sales business and strategy.
Develop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expenses.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety.
Open and close the Boutique according to shift plan
Conduct monthly reports as required by Head Office.
Marketing:
Seek out local marketing opportunities and support corporate marketing initiatives.
Implement local marketing initiatives driven by the Marketing department.
Compliance with price changes and corporate merchandising initiatives.
Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
2-4 years retail management experience.
Tertiary education preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with social media channels.
Strong time management habits.

Hour wage of R40.50 on weekly shift basis, with Sunday
and public holiday pay (average monthly is R9,000+)
The position is to start immediately.
The duties of the position
include:
· Receiving customers and taking orders
· Driving customer's cars and managing the cars
within the premises
· Supervising washers and staff
· Ensuring car washes are done correctly and
procedures followed
· Accepting payments from customers
· Opening and closing the business
Important information about
the position to consider before applying:
· Only applicants with a valid drivers license and
driving experience of 5 years or more will be considered. Please do not apply

· The business is retail in a busy shopping centre,

carefully before applying.

Food Lovers Market in Pinehurst Centre is looking to hire a Baker. The baker will be responsible for baking a variety of products on a daily basis. This includes reading and following the recipe, using the bakery equipment to proof and bake the product and present it in the display for the customers.
Bakers need to uphold a tight work and production schedule and ensure that all products that are in the range are present at all times.
