Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC turning machines to manufacture precision components
Read and interpret engineering drawings for accurate machining and assembly
Assist with CNC programming and setup to ensure efficient production runs
Assemble fan components, including bearings, shafts, couplings, and impellers
Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical components
Perform routine maintenance and accurately complete job cards
Support custom fabrication projects and assist with equipment modifications
Check finished parts for defects and verify measurements and tolerances

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering workshop
Proficient in CNC turning and CNC programming
Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments

PPC Specialist (Google & Meta)

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly capable Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of South African agency experience and a strong track record managing international campaigns (US, UK, and SA clients). This is a client-facing, remote role suited to someone confident, accountable, and fluent in performance marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms

• Own end-to-end account management including strategy development, execution, and client reporting

• Run keyword and audience research, A/B testing, and performance optimizations

• Deliver actionable insights to clients using reporting tools and dashboards

• Maintain campaign health, tracking, and delivery against client KPIs

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience at a South African digital agency

• Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Experience managing clients in the US, UK, and SA markets

• Excellent verbal and written English

• Presentable and confident in managing client relationships independently

• Skilled in data interpretation and using metrics to inform performance decisions

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager

• Exposure to e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts

• The successful candidate must be able to set the CNC Bending Break machines as well the Press Break machine. The candidate will be responsible for setting the CNC Bending Machine and this includes loading of tools, writing of bending programs and ensuring that product is bend according to drawing specifications.
• Familiar with different types of press break machines and their set up requirements.
• Must be able to read and work from technical / manufacturing drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of press and CNC Bending machines.

• Check for tolerance levels and ensure that the gauges and instruments are correct.
• Assist to perform preventative and regular maintenance on the machines. Do troubleshooting.
• Ensure that quality control is done, and goods manufactured to precision.
• Assist to ensure that production targets are met per week / per job.
• Should be able to oversee and supervise teams when needed.
• Ensure safety of all equipment during Production.
• Adherence to all Healthy and Safety rules as applicable to our client.
• Must be able to read and write English
• Able to multitask if needed and attention to detail is crucial.
• Must be able to work outside of normal working times, if needed (flexitime).

Key Performance Areas:

• The Inventory and Supply Chain Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s inventory and supply chain functions.
• The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials, manage warehouse operations and co-ordinate the efforts of internal stakeholders.
• This role ensures accurate inventory management, and the optimization of the supply chain to meet the company’s operational and financial goals.
• The Superintendent will work closely with suppliers, vendors, logistics teams, and other internal departments to enhance supply chain performance and ensure timely delivery of products.
• The incumbent's responsibility will be to establish, update and maintain all records and procedures.
• The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of all forklifts.
• The incumbent will provide leadership and guidance to all supervisors and planners for optimal material levels, cost control and savings, implement and maintain policies and procedures related to inventory and supply chain.
• The incumbent will also be responsible for initiating and chairing hearings.
• Further responsibilities will include the adherence to the occupational health and safety act, the quality system and training of subordinates.
• Good IR skills would be to the incumbent's advantage.

Knowledge and Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have Matric and a three-year tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is required, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in inventory or supply chain management.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and planning abilities, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
• This person should have excellent computer skills especially in Excel, Word, Outlook and BC (Business Central) and should have the ability to communicate, supervise, control, manage, instruct and lead others to effectively meet all objectives related to inventory and supply chain.
• The candidate must have experience in chairing disciplinary hearings and addressing internal discipline, have a valid driver's license, own transport and willing to work overtime and on public holidays.
