Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced ESL Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English language classes to foreign students of various ages and proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

- Teach English language classes to students of various ages and proficiency levels

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

- Stay up-to-date with best practices in English language teaching

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum

- Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- CELTA, TEFL or TESOL certification or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English language

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with students of various ages and proficiency levels

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in English, Education, or related field

- Experience teaching English language in a multicultural setting

- Familiarity with language learning technologies and online resources
