Travel Consultant

INTRODUCTION

Vikea travel is looking for a travel consultant to join our team, where you will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for our clients. Maintain and expand clientele.

TRAVEL CONSULTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

l Determine Client’s needs and provide suitable travel packages

l Reserve accommodation, transportation, Activities and Tourist Guides

l Attending webinars, conferences and other travel related programs

l Develop a good understanding of the current market

l Maintain a good relationship with our preferred contracted suppliers

l Keep current data up-to-date

TRAVEL CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

l Certificate / Diploma in Travel and Tourism

l Minimum one year working experience as a Travel Consultant

l Proficient in English : Read/Write/Speak

l Good Data Capturing Skills

l Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point

l Good Telephone Etiquette and Communication skills

l Good organization and time-management skills

l Good sales, presentation skills

l Customer oriented

l Ability to work fast and accurately for quick turnaround response

l Ability to work under pressure
