Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications for MKP Global using modern web technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to translate business requirements into functional web solutions.
3. Implement UI/UX designs provided by the design team, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
4. Optimize websites and applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
6. Stay updated on emerging web development trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance MKP Global's online presence.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website issues as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
3. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
4. Experience with front-end development tools such as Git, Webpack, and npm.
5. Familiarity with server-side programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Portfolio showcasing previous web development projects and contributions is highly desirable.
