Mahune Services and Trading (MST) is a dynamic provider of digital and technological solutions, dedicated to empowering communities with accessible and innovative services. We are based in Katlehong, South Africa, and are looking for a committed Internet Café Operator. Candidates should either be situated in Katlehong or be willing to relocate. The position offers a salary range of R3000-R4500.

Required Skills and Attributes:

1. Basic Computer Literacy:

   • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and essential software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
   • Ability to manage files, copy, paste, and perform other essential desktop operations.

2. Internet Browsing and Troubleshooting:

   • Competence in using search engines, conducting online research, and resolving basic connectivity issues.
   • Familiarity with online services, including email clients, social media platforms, and cloud services.

3. Technical Troubleshooting:

   • Basic skills in troubleshooting hardware (e.g., printers, computers) and software issues (e.g., operating system errors).
   • The ability to perform simple repairs or escalate more complex issues as needed.

4. Customer Service:

   • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
   • Patience and a problem-solving attitude, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.

5. Multitasking and Working Under Pressure:

   • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, from customer assistance to technical support.
   • The ability to stay calm and organized during peak times, while maintaining service quality.

6. Attention to Detail:

   • Meticulous when handling customer documents and ensuring accurate processing of print, scan, and other digital services.
   • A commitment to ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and that no personal data is compromised.

7. Cash Handling and POS Experience:

   • Basic knowledge of managing cash transactions and working with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

8. Teamwork and Flexibility:

   • Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members and adapt to new technologies or procedures as needed.

9. Professionalism:
