Junior Front Of House Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Front Of House Manager for our well know restaurant in Big Bay .

Duties of the Junior Front of House Manager :

- to make sure customers are satisfied and check on regularly

- to make sure waiter deliver fast and effiecient service

- checking that all duties of the waiters are carried out and done properly

- to discipline staff where needed and follow the rules and regulations of the business

- to ensure the business comes first

- handling of stock and admin work

- must be driven and keep the business goals in mind with every decision made

- must be able to work well with other staff

- be willing to work long hours and be on your feet for a long period of time

- must be able to train staff where needed

- must be able to implement the rules and regulations

- must be able to talk to customers and problem solve immediately

- must be able to work well under alot of pressure

Requirements of the Junior Front Of House Manager :

- must have own tranport . Tranport will not be provided .

- previous experience is a must

- clear record and proven references
