Having worked in both South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, I possess a global perspective and adaptability to diverse business environments. I have hands-on experience with enterprise ERP and CRM applications and Complex IT solutions , and I have achieved significant revenue growth within Telkom Enterprise Sales, billing up to $4 million. Furthermore, I have successfully designed, implemented, improved, and documented business processes for companies in the UAE, leveraging my expertise in automating and streamlining operations.

In my current role as a Manager at SHOLIN Technology, I have been responsible for launching innovative IT products in the UAE market and managing the sales cycle for high-profile accounts across various sectors. Previously, as a Senior Manager at Du Telecom, I played a pivotal role in the startup team, leading multiple departments, and spearheading the planning, design, and implementation of processes, policies, and strategies.

My leadership skills, coupled with my proficiency in channel management, negotiations, project management, and problem-solving, have enabled me to drive exceptional results and foster a culture of growth and success within the teams I have led.
