Long established Cape Town based law firm is seeking an experienced senior level Conveyancing Paralegal Secretary to offer support at Directorship level within their Real Estate/Conveyancing Department.

A minimum of 6 yrs experience (working at Directorship level) handling all aspects of general Transfers (Conventional, Sectional Title, etc.) working independently from initial file instruction to finance drafting and file closure. The prospective candidate needs to be technically strong, have a stable work record having worked within a high volume environment and possess the ability to produce whilst under pressure, excellent communication/team-player and client service skills are essential.

Matric, Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma required.
