Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities: Be a welcoming presence at the front desk, providing top-notch service to every customer. Manage transactions with precision and professionalism, ensuring accuracy and security. Ensure that the office is stocked and organized, ensuring smooth operations.
