Position:Debt Collection Call Centre Agent
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Salary: R4000 basic salary, with a potential to earn up to R500 in productivity and attendance bonuses, along with uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone calls to negotiate payment plans and arrangements.
- Utilizing persuasive communication skills to encourage debtors to fulfill their financial obligations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and interactions with debtors.
- Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in debt review, removal, and debt mediation.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Xhosa, Afrikaans, Zulu, Venda, or Sepedi.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
