CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMER

Purpose of Job:

• The person will be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, programming the CNC machine, and adjusting the machine setting until the desired specifications are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Setting machines to optimize production while maintaining quality.

2. Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specification.

3. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.

4. Use computer software to create the design of parts and tools.

5. Perform basic machine maintenance.

The Following Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience will be required:

u Grade 12 and related qualifications.

u 5 years of hands-on programming and setup experience.

u 5 years of CNC Lathe and milling experience.

u Good Understand industry quality requirements.

u Computer Literacy competed in CAD and CAM Programming.

Personal Attribute

u Attention to fine detail is very crucial.

u Technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.

u Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

u Must be able to program, Adjust, and offset CNC machines.

u Must be familiar with measuring equipment and Good analytical skills.

u The candidate should be a team player.
