The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, it has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shaower and vanity, open plan lounge/dining and kitchen with separate guest toilet. The loungeand bedroom leads onto a large balcony with umbrella and table and chairs.
Minimum rental period is 7 nights. The rate is R1700 per night which includes full DSTV package and housekeeping for 1 day for the 7 night period, cleaning can be arranged for more days but this would be an extra cost of R250 per day for the prospective tenant.
The apartment has 1 undercover secure parking area.
The complex has security access control and has a swimming pool and braai facilities in the complex.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the famous Herolds Bay beach
