About Us:
We are a friendly and busy dental practice seeking an experienced and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and cancellations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Process payments, invoices, and medical aid claims
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Work collaboratively with dentists, assistants, and other staff members
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in dental software (e.g., Elixir, medemass, emd)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with own transport
- Qualifications in dental reception or administration (desirable)
