FSG FORENSICS, a national forensic investigation and forensic tracing practice urgently seeks suitably experienced CALL CENTRE AGENTS to be trained as FORENSIC TRACERS for placement at our branch in GERMISTON. Preference will be given to CALL CENTRE AGENTS who have worked in a debt recovery environment for at least a year and who have a post-matric qualification. FORENSIC TRACERS work from a desk, using a telephone and leads obtained from internet-based databases, to find people who are wanted for a litigation process - but do so in a manner that complies with applicable laws. Applicants must be proficient in all Microsoft 365 software, have some tracing and internet research experience, have demonstrable time management skills, have a strong verbal presence and excellent telephone etiquette, must be target driven, must be proficient in English (written and spoken), must own a smartphone, must have traceable references, and must exhibit a strong work ethic. Candidates may need to undergo written assessments to qualify for an interview. Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
