Okay... so, most people don't want to struggle with transport and food expenses, waiting in queues plus sitting in traffic every day from home to work and vice versa. Is that you? If your answer is yes... keep reading.


We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills and laser-like attention to detail, a true ninja, to join our committed and fun multimedia content creation team.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Scan slide decks and training manuals

- Write scripts for training content

- Conceptualise how the script is going to be brought to life using video, animation, pictures or just text.

- Draft knowledge assessment questions to check whether the learner understood the content

- Quality-check multimedia content against the structure that was created


In a nutshell, you will be contributing to creating engaging multimedia online training content that will improve the skill set and eventually the lives of people.


What do you need in order to secure this role?

- At least, you need matric with excellent writing skills

- You need to be a fast learner

- A passion for multimedia content (video, animation, and so on)
- Reliable internet

- Own laptop with a web camera, a smile would be a plus

- Ability to work throughout loadshedding waves

- A lot of discipline (working from home requires dealing with distractions...)

- Hard-work must be your middle name (not quite but, you get the point)

- Fun to work (preferable but not essential)

- Teaching experience or experience proof-checking or editing content is a bonus

- A bachelors degree in any field.


Your Salary?

Variable amount depending on the depth and complexity of the project that you tackle.


Working hours?

- 8:30 to 5 PM (filled with a few Google Meet sessions) PLUS extra hours for extra projects. Weekend grinding may be needed – you will, however, be rewarded for the extra oil burnt.
