Job Description

Carry out all aspects of Concreting and Formwork, including being hands on with all installs.
Place and finish small to large pours to the Concretum Standard.
Measuring concrete quantities. Ordering balances. Managing suppliers and ensuring quality product is supplied.
Ensure appropriate steps have been taken before each pour ensure each job runs smoothly.
Ensure vehicles are fully loaded each day or as required.
Ensure all tools and materials are organized before arriving to site.
Organize labor for the next day
Oversee all equipment maintenance and repairs
Project planning - Plan out the job and considering timeframes

Experience

3- 5 years Concrete Foreman

Valid driver License and pdp 5+

Education

Matriculation

Tertiary Education

Civil engineering and construction N6

Ability to commute: Reliable commute or relocate before starting to work
