Job Description:
To provide tracing support.
Responsibilities: Tracing of information as required by clients.
Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail, ability to manage time well and prioritise projects and work, and ability to think innovatively. Must be a quick learner. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in person. Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Qualifications/Experience: Minimum 2 years of tracing experience with credible references.
