Busy company requires an experienced and reliable Admin Assistant to start asap.
The applicant will assist clients and the Admin dept.
Applicants must have at least two years previous administrative experience and be highly organised with good attention to detail. As the position involves customer contact applicants should be well presented with a pleasant and professional manner.
Excel experience is essential.
Duties include :
Receiving and checking documents and filing these accurately
Assisting clients telephonically and in person
Providing assistance to the admin dept
Preparing and checking spreadsheets
