Call Center Agent Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, hard-working call center agent to join our growing team.
In this position, you will respond to customer service, sales, or technical support queries via telephone, email, and/or instant messaging.
You should be ambitious, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
Call Center Agent Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide services directly to customers via the telephone or through email and instant messaging communications
• Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance
• Conduct surveys for market research
• Acquire lead lists with names and telephone numbers of potential clients
• Monitor performance in conjunction with personal goals and business objectives
This role needs someone with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ideal candidates will be multilingual. A happy, friendly demeanor and a passion for customer service is a must. Candidates must have willingness to go the extra mile for customers and be able to jump in where needed within their team. Being flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes would be a great advantage to this team.
Candidates should also have their own reliable transport.
