Think of the income of a job paying R100k per month! Our fee is R180 000. 3 You only need to introduce us to companies in your area. That is all. We will find suitable candidates for their job openings. Normally this is also the task of the recruiter (you). But not with us! We do the advertising, shortlist CV'S, and communicate with the candidates as well as the companies, all while we keep you informed. 4 You ask whether companies use recruitment agencies? YES!. It is their only and go to method to fill job openings. 5. We offer you 50% of the fee and exclusivity for your area. On one R30 000 per month placement, your income is R27 000, calculated on a 15% fee. Your income should be in excess of R50 000 per month ( One or two placements).
