A car rental company based in borksburg is looking for an experienced finance administrator with prior experience in basic bookkeeping, creditors, debtors and forecasting Duties Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data Full function bookkeeping Full function creditors and debtors Invoicing Payroll Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements Preparing income statements, balance sheets, settlement letters and budgets Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations preparing financial reports, settlement letters Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions Filing source documents for all journal entries recorded Posting journal entries to ledger accounts Preparing trial balances Performing bank reconciliations Preparing cash flow statements Preparing financial reports Requirements A minimum of 3 years experience as a financial administrator Bookkeeping certification or finance diploma essential Advanced proficiency in pastel accounting In depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards Salary R10 000 to R15 000 depending on experience ( not negotiable) Should you meet the requirements, kindly mail a detailed updated CV in word format to sakeenah.adam@yahoo.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
