**Key Responsibilities:**

 Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace issues, drawing upon your IR experience.

 Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.

 Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.

 Maintain HR records and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

**Requirements:**

 Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field.

 Proven experience in HR coordination, preferably in a small company environment.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

 Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations, with specific experience in industrial relations.
