HR Quality Controller/Production Quality Controller (Stand in QC)

Requirements: -HACCP qualification -Food technologist qualification


Responsibility:
-Mock recall traceability The person will be responsible for mock recalls on a weekly basis, they will follow batches and the need to pinpoint concerns and give training where required; correct paperwork to be completed (e.g. waste, rejection, remedials, etc.) -Paperwork Extra temperature checks, water temperature checks that needs to be completed every 3 analysis, thermometers verification and PH meters calibration. This will also include: - Customer complaint investigation -Corrective action investigation -Checking of product returns -Stand in QC for when QC is off sick or annual leave This person will also help with internal audits and will be doing departmental audits.
